Posture

Security & Compliance

Screening happens at the part number, not at the company. Here is what that means, and what is deliberately not claimed.

Supply chain

Compliance belongs to
a configuration

A bill of materials is either screened and documented or it is not. That answer attaches to a specific build, not to a letterhead.

Small UAS components are where compliance actually bites. Flight controllers, ESCs, receivers, video transmitters, motors and radios are the parts a contracting officer will ask about, and the honest answer depends entirely on which configuration you ordered.

  • Configuration-controlled BOM. Every delivered build carries a controlled bill of materials, supplier record and country-of-origin record.
  • Covered-nation exclusion. Components, software and raw materials from covered nations are excluded from screened configurations.
  • FAR telecommunications prohibitions are flowed down into supplier screening and purchasing.
  • Distinct part numbers. A screened configuration carries an -S suffix on its part number so it is never substituted by one that is not. Ask for it by number.
  • Second sourcing on components where a single supplier would put a delivery at risk.
  • Evidence with the quote. Screening status, country-of-origin documentation and applicable representations are furnished in writing against the configuration quoted.

Configuration control

  1. The design is frozen before units ship

Connector standards, interface definitions and the assembly sequence are baselined so any stack fits any frame, across lots and across years.

  2. Each build is assembled to that baseline

Airframes are built against a documented configuration rather than to whatever was on the bench that week.

  3. Changes get a new part number

A component substitution does not quietly ride into an existing part number. It is a new configuration with its own documentation.

  4. Records travel with the aircraft

Build and test records are issued with the delivered units, not held internally.

Selling only to government buyers is a deliberate constraint. It keeps the aircraft out of commercial channels and removes a category of production and airspace obligations that would otherwise attach.

What is not claimed

The limits, stated
before you ask

A compliance statement above the level of a specific part number is not something a contracting officer can rely on, so none is made here.

  • No presence on any cleared or approved products list is claimed or implied.
  • No system-level environmental or ingress-protection certification is claimed.
  • No quality-system registration is claimed. CONFIRM
  • No SDVOSB status is claimed.
  • No past performance is claimed. References are provided on request when they exist.

There is no badge wall on this page on purpose. Ask for the configuration you need and the documentation that supports it comes with the quote.

Supplier qualification packages are available on request. Prime contractor supply chain screening, flow-down review, and representations and certifications are handled directly. Contact us and state what your process requires.
